At Communicare Training, we believe that effective communication, inclusive working practices and an understanding of individual differences are fundamental to successful organisations.

Drawing on our extensive experience in clinical education, psychiatry and simulation-based training, we design engaging, practical workshops that help organisations develop the skills to support their employees, communicate effectively with clients and navigate challenging professional situations.

Our workshops are tailored to the needs of each organisation, combining expert teaching with interactive discussion, practical exercises and, where appropriate, realistic actor-led simulations.

NeuroAware - Workplace ND

Understanding neurodiversity is an important part of creating inclusive workplaces where individuals feel supported and their strengths are recognised.

Led by Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Michael Evison, our NeuroAware workshops provide an accessible, evidence-informed understanding of autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental differences.

We move beyond diagnostic labels and general awareness to explore how neurodivergence can influence communication, organisation, working relationships and everyday professional experiences.

Workshops can explore inclusive communication, reasonable adjustments, recognising individual strengths and challenges, supporting neurodivergent employees and developing more inclusive management practices.

Supporting Vulnerable Clients

Recognising potential vulnerability and responding appropriately is particularly important for organisations providing complex, sensitive or high-stakes services.

Neurodevelopmental differences can sometimes influence how individuals process information, communicate their needs, manage competing demands or approach decision-making, particularly under stress or in unfamiliar environments.

Our workshops explore how professionals can recognise potential barriers, adapt their communication and support clients to make informed decisions while respecting their independence and autonomy.

This training is particularly relevant to financial services and other client-facing professions where understanding individual needs, building trust and communicating complex information are essential.

Conflict Resolution

Conflict can arise in any workplace, particularly when emotions are running high, expectations differ or communication breaks down. Left unresolved, it can affect working relationships, employee wellbeing and team performance.

Our clinical backgrounds have given us extensive experience in managing emotionally charged situations, de-escalating conflict and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics.

Through interactive exercises and realistic scenarios, we help participants develop the confidence and communication skills to approach disagreements constructively, manage difficult interactions and maintain effective professional relationships.

Challenging Conversations

Whether responding to dissatisfied clients, delivering difficult feedback or navigating sensitive workplace discussions, challenging conversations are an inevitable part of professional life.

Drawing on established communication techniques and our expertise in simulation-based education, we help participants develop practical strategies for understanding others' perspectives, addressing concerns and communicating with clarity and empathy.

Workshops can incorporate realistic, organisation-specific scenarios, giving participants opportunities to practise difficult conversations in a supportive environment and receive constructive feedback.

Mental Health Mastery

Mental health difficulties can affect individuals across all workplaces and professional settings. Developing the confidence to recognise potential difficulties and respond sensitively can help create more supportive environments for colleagues and clients.

Drawing on our specialist psychiatric expertise, we offer practical training to help employees and managers better understand common mental health difficulties, recognise signs of distress and approach sensitive conversations appropriately.

Our workshops emphasise compassionate communication, appropriate professional boundaries and understanding when additional support may be needed, rather than expecting participants to become mental health professionals.

Bespoke Training

Every organisation faces different challenges, and we believe effective training should reflect the realities of its working environment.

We work collaboratively with clients to understand their objectives and design workshops that are engaging, relevant and immediately applicable. Sessions can range from introductory CPD presentations to comprehensive, interactive workshops incorporating professional actors and realistic simulations.
